4th Grade Fitness Challenge
We all know that 60 minutes of exercise a day is recommended for a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes it is really easy to achieve and other days you have to work at it. So I'm hoping I can challenge the 4th grade students in Mr. Gentile's, Mrs. Donovan's and Mrs. Sykes's room to take the fitness challenge. For the month of November I would like you to chart your minutes of exercise on a monthly calendar (see below). Each day add up the minutes you exercise, walking to school, recess, wellness, after school programs or just playing in your yard. Record the minutes each day on the calendar. Each week in school you will click on the fitness survey link below and take the survey. Let's see how many minutes the 4th grade students log each week.
